Taylor was an answer to a prayer/vision several years ago when I was praying into a dream I had concerning having a place to disciple and train men…both young and old…out and away from the city where men could experience some of the elements that cause men to come alive ( John Eldridge- Wild @ Heart). Several years after I had seen that vision, a brother came to me and told me about a weekend he just experienced out on a large farm in central Nebraska that had all the elements that I had dreamed about. His best friend’s father-in-law had just asked him if he wanted a place to disciple and train men for the Kingdom of God…..so, I was amazed but knew it was God’s provision. This is a place where we 4-wheel, shoot blue rock, hunt, worship, have devotions……it’s a ‘thin space’ for God. We teach, prophesy, and train young men and are able to do things together that build and equip men into strong men of God.

Where is it that a man can go and be the full 360 degree creation that he was designed to be when God released him onto the earth?

“the wheels spinning, the rpm spiking on the redline, the sand biting our faces, the adrenaline making us drunk as all 4 wheels leave the ground at the zenith of the sagebrush hilltop…….looking into the darkness as our bodies free float off the vehicle waiting to touch down somewhere and somehow below us…….”. From that excursion in courage to our faces buried deep in the carpet in the ranch house where our weeping is without control and our tears soak the carpet…..rising in repentance and rebirth of our faith joined with men of like nature, worshipping our great God together……..there at the Taylor ranch where men can be authentic, biblical, Genesis men….renewed and restored….reaching not only to reload our firearms but reloading our hearts so we can run the race set out before us by our God…….challenged by Him through other men who love us as we love them and together as a ‘band of brothers’ calling down the darkness with the Word of Life and the Spirit of life that flows through us!

Just taste and see…. the Equipping-Anointing and Releasing that is experienced @ the Taylor Ranch!
